  • How do I contact you?
    You can phone us on 07 850 6030 with your enquiry and speak with one of our helpful team members to assist you.

    You can also e-mail your enquiry to sales@impactlighting.co.nz or visit our new showroom at 47 Maui Street, Te Rapa.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    Yes we have recently relocated to a much larger showroom at 47 Maui Street. We are conveniently located within the carpet mill complex where you will find many of your home building needs such as carpet, flooring, and hardware in one convenient location.
  • Why are not all of your prices shown on the website?
    Some lighting options such as LED ribbon and profile lighting are supplied on a per metre basis and have many components which are best priced up based on your individual requirements.

  • How much freight will I pay for my order when I order on line?
    In most cases we do not charge for freight on retail sales to a business or urban address.

    We may charge freight on discounted items or large items shipped to rural addresses.
  • What should I bring when I come in for my lighting consultation?
    It is always helpful to have a plan of your project with you, so that we can gain an understanding of the concept and design. If you have some pictures of some lighting you like and have seen in a magazine or at a friends house this will provide us with a good starting point. With a large range of lighting to choose from, leave it up to the experts to guide you in the right direction.
